LISAN AI - FZE ("Company,""we," "us," or "our") welcomes you. We provide the Lisan product ("Product") subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By accessing and using the Product, you accept and agree to be bound by these TOS. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Product.

Lisan is a Software as a Service (SaaS) based business model offering digital proofreading and AI content generation tailored for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Services include text correction, content suggestions, and various language tools for enhancing written communications.

If you wish to use the full suite of the Product's features, you must create an account with LISAN AI - FZE. You agree to:
(a) Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Product's registration form.
(b) Maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. You agree not to use the Product to:

Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside.

You retain all ownership rights to your Content. However, by submitting Content to LISAN AI - FZE, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform, and publicly display such Content on the Product solely for the purpose for which such Content was submitted or made available.

You agree to indemnify and hold LISAN AI -FZE and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit, modify or otherwise make available through the Product, your use of the Product, your connection to the Product, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion or use of, or access to, the Product (including Content, advertisements, Software, and your LISAN AI - FZE ID).

You acknowledge that LISAN AI - FZE may establish general practices and limits concerning the use of the Product, including without limitation the maximum number of days that email messages, message board postings, or other uploaded Content will be retained by the Product.

LISAN AI - FZE reserves the right at anytime and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Product (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that LISAN AI - FZE shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Product.

You agree that LISAN AI - FZE may, without prior notice, immediately terminate your LISAN AI - FZE account and access to the Product. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to:
(a) Breaches or violations of the TOS or other incorporated agreements or guidelines.
(b) Requests by law enforcement or other government agencies.
(c) Discontinuance or material modification to the Product (or any part thereof).
(d) Unexpected technical or security issues or problems.
(e) Engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities.

Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Product, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser.

The Product may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because LISAN AI- FZE has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that LISAN AI - FZE is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources.

You acknowledge and agree that the Product and any necessary software used in connection with the Product("Software") contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Product is at your sole risk and that the Product is provided "as is" and "as available." In particular, LISAN AI - FZE, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and its licensors do not represent or warrant to you that:
(a) Your use of the Product will meet your requirements.
(b) Your use of the Product will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from error.
(c) Any information obtained by you as a result of your use of the Product will be accurate or reliable.
(d) That defects in the operation or functionality of any Software provided to you as part of the Product will be corrected.

You expressly understand and agree that LISAN AI - FZE and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages which you may incur, however caused and under any theory of liability.

LISAN AI - FZE may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the TOS, by email, regular mail, or postings on the Product.

The LISAN AI - FZE trademarks and service marks, and other LISAN AI - FZE logos and product and service names are trademarks of LISAN AI - FZE (the "LISAN AI - FZE Marks"). Without LISAN AI - FZE's prior permission, you agree not to display or use in any manner the LISAN AI - FZE Marks.

Entire Agreement. The TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and LISAN AI - FZE and governs your use of the Product, superseding any prior agreements between you and LISAN AI - FZE with respect to the Product.
